European Factors to Watch on Monday Nov 17

PARIS, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain’s FTSE 100 to open 24 to 33 points lower, or down as much as 0.5 percent, Germany’s DAX to open 55 to 66 points lower, or down as much as 0.7 percent, and France’s CAC 40 to open 15 to 20 points lower, or down as much as 0.5 percent.
