PARIS, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 23 to 25 points higher, or up 0.4 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 48 to 54 points higher, or up 0.5 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 32 to 33 points higher, or up 0.7 percent.
