LONDON, March 18 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 7 to 11 points higher, or up 0.2 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 36 to 40 points higher, or up 0.3 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 15 to 16 points higher, or up 0.3 percent.
