PARIS, March 24 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 15 to 17 points lower, or down 0.2 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 25 to 26 points lower, or down 0.2 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 12 to 13 points lower, or down 0.3 percent.
