European Factors to Watch-Shares seen higher at open

MILAN Feb 15 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 68-77 points higher, or 1.19-1.35 percent, Germany's DAX to open 111-116 points higher, or 1.24-1.29 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 50-51 points higher, or 1.25-1.28 percent.
