RIO DE JANEIRO, July 23 (Reuters) - The board of directors of Brazil's state-led oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA plans to discuss the reorganization of Transportadora Associada de Gás (TAG) at a meeting Friday, board member Deyvid Bacelar said in a statement on Thursday.
The structure of the TAG pipeline unit of Petrobras, as the company is known, is being reviewed as the company seeks to sell $15.1 billion of assets by the end of 2016. Bacelar also said the board will discuss the renewal of the company's stock registration in the United States. (Reporting by Marta Nogueira; Writing by Jeb Blount; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
