JX' Caserones copper mine misses target of full utilisation in Jan
TOKYO Feb 3 (Reuters) - Japan's JX Holdings Inc said on Wednesday its Caserones copper mine in Chile was running at about 70 percent utilisation rate in January, missing its earlier target of full utilisation throughout the month.
JX, whose metal unit is Japan's biggest copper smelter, now aims at a full utilisation rate at Caserones in March, Executive Officer Katsuyuki Ota told a news conference on its earnings. (Reporting by Osamu Tsukimori and Yuka Obayashi; Editing by Himani Sarkar)
