FRANKFURT, March 13 (Reuters) - German airline Lufthansa said its 2013 financial results took a double-digit million euro hit from payment issues in Venezuela.
Industry body IATA had warned on Wednesday that some airlines could stop flying to Venezuela amid a row over the freezing of $3.7 billion of cash owed to foreign airlines.
"We the airlines are working with IATA and the government with to resolve this matter," finance chief Simone Menne said on Thursday. (Reporting by Victoria Bryan; Writing by Maria Sheahan; Editing by Madeline Chambers)
