Colombia's central bank decision was taken by 4 of 6 board members

BOGOTA, April 28 (Reuters) - The decision by Colombia’s central bank to cut the benchmark interest rate to 6.5 percent was taken by four of six board members, the bank said on Friday.

Only six of the usual seven board members were present to vote. The bank reduced its growth target for 2017 to 1.8 percent, from 2 percent. (Reporting by Bogota newsroom)
