BUENOS AIRES, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Argentina registered a primary fiscal surplus of 388.3 million pesos ($45.4 million) in November, the economy ministry said on Wednesday.
That compared to a primary budget deficit of 6.7 billion pesos in the same month last year.
The result does not include debt payments. The primary budget is closely followed by financial markets as it represents a country’s capability of honoring its financial commitments.
