* Petroleo Brasileiro SA, or Petrobras, invested more than $20 billion in capital spending projects in 2015, Chief Executive Officer Aldemir Bendine told reporters in Santos, Brazil on Tuesday.
* Lower oil price have brought “tough times” to Petrobras, Bendine said.
