Brazil's CCR mulls capital increase if it wins new concessions

SAO PAULO, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Brazilian toll road operator CCR SA could sell new shares to pay for concessions in upcoming government auctions of public infrastructure, executives said on Friday.

“If the company is successful with opportunities for new concessions, a capital increase would be a natural option. But we are not discussing it right now,” investor relations executive Flávia Godoy told analysts on an earnings call. (Reporting by Brad Haynes; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
