Brazil's São Paulo state will not change price for utility CESP -source

SAO PAULO, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Brazil’s São Paulo state will publish new rules for the privatization of utility Companhia Energética de São Paulo SA, or CESP, after cancelling an auction that was scheduled for Sept. 26, a source with knowledge of the matter said on Friday.

The new rules will be published within weeks, the source said, adding that they will not change the minimum price of 16.80 reais per CESP share, but will make the auction more attractive.
