Brazil's Prumo says in talks to buy plant rights from Bolognesi

SAO PAULO, June 6 (Reuters) - Brazilian logistics operator Prumo Logística SA said on Tuesday it has held preliminary nonbinding talks to buy the rights to build and operate a 1.2 GW thermal plant from Bolognesi Energia SA.

In a securities filing, Prumo said it has not signed a definitive contract or binding document. Newspaper Valor Econômico reported the talks in its Tuesday edition. (Reporting by Bruno Federowski and Luciano Costa; Editing by Jeffrey Benkoe)
