Argentina's YPF CEO Darre resigns amid corporate shake-up

BUENOS AIRES, Aug 28 (Reuters) - The chief executive of Argentina’s state-owned oil company YPF SA has resigned, the company said in a statement on Monday, amid a corporate shakeup that will see operations run by a committee of six executives.

The company did not name a new CEO, a position held by Ricardo Darre since July of last year. Darre, an engineer, had previously worked for French oil company Total in the United States. (Reporting by Juliana Castilla and Luc Cohen; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
