Brazil's economic activity falls 0.26 pct in January

BRASILIA, March 31 (Reuters) - Economic activity in Brazil fell 0.26 percent in January from December after seasonal adjustments, the central bank said on Friday, after a decline of 0.32 percent in the previous month.

The median forecast of economists in a Reuters poll predicted a drop of 0.10 percent. (Reporting by Silvio Cascione; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
