BRIEF-Enagas decreases stake in GNL Quintero to 45.4 pct

April 11 (Reuters) - Enagas SA:

* Says its unit Enagas Chile has sold to OMERS Infrastructures Holdings II SpA (OMERS) a 34.6 percent stake of GNL Quintero for $341 million

* Says its unit Enagas Chile has purchased for $191 million a 19.6 percent stake of GNL Quintero that Oman Oil Company holds through Terminal de Valparaiso

* Says its unit Enagas Chile has entered into option agreement for acquisition of additional 5 percent of GNL Quintero owned by OMERS through Terminal Bahia de Quintero, which may be exercised within a year

* Says as a result of the transactions, its unit Enagas Chile maintains control over GNL Quintero with indirect stake of 45.4 percent

* Says the transactions will report for the Enagas Group a net cash of $150 million
