BOGOTA, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Colombia’s state-owned oil producer Ecopetrol will sell its shares in electricity company ISA for 7,979 pesos per share, the government said on Wednesday, in a bid to raise 470 billon pesos ($149.8 million).
Ecopetrol is selling its 5.32 percent stake in the company to finance an investment plan. The statement from the finance and energy ministries did not specify when the sale would take place.
ISA shares closed at 7,000 pesos each on Wednesday, up 4.79 percent from the day before.
