BUENOS AIRES, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Argentina’s state-controlled oil company YPF told local regulators on Tuesday it plans to issue $587.8 million in bonds denominated in local pesos.
In a letter to Argentine market regulators, YPF said a total of 5.5 billion pesos ($587.8 million) worth of bonds will be offered to investors on Sept. 22. One tranche will be a 4 billion peso bond due in 2020 and the other is 1.5 billion pesos worth of debt due in 2019.
The deals are part of a $8 billion financing plan announced in March. (Reporting by Walter Bianchi; Editing by Shri Navaratnam)
