SAO PAULO, July 25 (Reuters) - Brazil’s pulpmaker Fibria Celulose SA posted a net loss of 210 million reais ($56.04 million) in the second quarter as financial expenses soared in the period.

In a securities filing on Wednesday, the company said net financial expenses had risen almost 184 percent to 2.23 billion reais, reflecting mark-to-market of hedging instruments, monetary and exchange variation, among other financial expense items.
