TOKYO - Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda delivers speech at quarterly regional branch managers’ meeting - 0030 GMT. Kuroda’s speech will likely toe the central bank’s official line on economic, price developments and monetary policy. The Bank of Japan will also release a quarterly report on regional areas of Japan, which will be among factors scrutinized at the bank’s next policy-setting meeting.
