BUENOS AIRES, April 20 (Reuters) - Argentina’s primary fiscal deficit rose to 13.548 billion pesos ($1.528 billion) in February from 5.627 billion pesos in the same month a year earlier, government data showed on Monday.
The result does not include debt interest payments. The primary budget is closely followed by financial markets as it represents a country’s capability to honor its financial commitments.
