Argentina central bank sells 'Leliq' notes at 53.687 pct

BUENOS AIRES, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Argentina’s central bank sold 145.0 billion pesos in ‘Leliq’ notes at an average yearly rate of 53.687 percent on Thursday, below the 55.5 percent rate targeted for the end of January under a standby deal with the International Monetary Fund.
