Argentina's YPF says peso devaluation to reduce costs

BUENOS AIRES, May 9 (Reuters) - A weaker peso should help continue to drive down costs, executives at Argentina’s state-run oil company YPF said in a conference call on Wednesday.

The company also said a deal oil companies struck with the government to freeze gas prices through June would not be sustainable in the long term and the company would gradually increase prices in the second half of 2018.
