Venezuela's Petropiar oil upgrader begins restarting after repairs -sources

June 26 (Reuters) - The 210,000-barrel-per-day Petropiar heavy crude upgrader, operated by Venezuela’s state-run PDVSA and U.S. Chevron, has begun to restart after pipeline repairs that took about a month, according to two sources close to the facility.
