Equinor shuts Norway oil terminal after nearby vessel accident

OSLO, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Equinor is shutting down Norway’s Sture oil export terminal as a precautionary measure following the nearby collision of an oil tanker and a navy vessel, the company said on Thursday.

Sture receives crude via pipelines from the North Sea’s Oseberg, Tune, Brage, Veslefrikk, Huldra and Grane fields, before exporting it on oil tankers. (Reporting by Terje Solsvik, editing by Ole Petter Skonnord)
