Brazilian healthcare provider Intermédica mulls share offering

SAO PAULO, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Brazilian healthcare provider Notre Dame Intermédica Participações SA said on Thursday in a securities filing it is considering a new share offering, without disclosing further details.

Intermédica, which is controlled by Bain Capital, listed its shares in the São Paulo stock exchange B3 in April. The shares were trading down 3.7 percent on Thursday morning.
