June 10 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:
Spanish Inditex reported on Wednesday its first-ever quarterly loss, with a net loss of 409 million euros ($464.54 million) on its first quarter. Zara owner also announced a total annual capital expenditure of around 900 million euros during the 2020-2022 period and the proposal to pay an ordinary dividend from the 2019 results of 0.35 euro gross per share to be paid on November 2.
Banco Santander Brasil has denied it plans to lay off 20% of its workforce in Brazil as reported by newspaper Folha de S. Paulo, the bank said in a statement sent to Reuters.
Polish construction company, Budimex, announced on Tuesday the sale of up to 1.3 million of its shares, 5% of company’s share capital, by Ferrovial.
